2. Free and Premium Features

PomodoroInk offers both free and premium features. Free users can access basic features including the Pomodoro timer and limited task management. Premium users get access to additional features as described in our pricing section.

3. Refund Policy

Standard Refund Terms

New Premium subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider

Processing Details

Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method and provider, but typically take a few business days after approval.
Premium features will be disabled immediately upon refund completion
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests after the 14-day period will not be accepted
Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds

4. User Data
